All products sold by Bilateral Sound Lab are digital audio files delivered as WAV downloads. Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share publicly, upload to streaming platforms, use in commercial productions, or claim ownership of any Bilateral Sound Lab audio content. All intellectual property rights remain with Bilateral Sound Lab.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and download links have been delivered. Please review the product descriptions, tracklists, and sample audio carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your download, contact us at contact@bilateralsoundlab.com and we will work to resolve the issue or reissue your download link.
Download links delivered after purchase are active for 30 days from the date of purchase. We strongly recommend downloading your files immediately and storing them in a permanent location. Bilateral Sound Lab is not responsible for lost files due to failure to download within the active period.
If your download link expires before you were able to download your files, contact us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
Important: Bilateral Sound Lab audio products are designed for wellness, self-regulation, and personal use. They are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, a history of epilepsy or seizures, or are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, consult your healthcare provider before using bilateral audio products. The Trauma Specific Protocols series (Series IV) is designed to complement professional EMDR therapy and should ideally be used under the guidance of a qualified therapist.
By purchasing and using our products you acknowledge that you are using them at your own risk and that Bilateral Sound Lab is not liable for any adverse effects arising from their use.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service available at stripe.com/legal. Bilateral Sound Lab does not store your payment card information.
All audio content, website design, text, graphics, and branding on bilateralsoundlab.com are the intellectual property of Bilateral Sound Lab and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bilateral Sound Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of applicable jurisdiction.
